I was lucky enough to accidentally meet Jessica when I was searching for new home builds. Finding a new home was not in the cards for us due to pricing changing dramatically between the online advertisements & what the price would be after bidding & all the add on costs. I didn't understand it all until she explained it to me. From that point we started looking for current homes that would fit our needs & felt quite defeated after we lost out on two bids. We were just about to give up, thinking we just couldn't afford what we needed & wanted, until she took the time & initiative to look into what our current house would sell for (and she wasn't even our selling agent because we had already decided to use a family member). That gave us the push we needed to look into buying a higher priced home. She patiently & pleasantly took us to see every house that fit our new parameters, answered my million questions, walked us through writing a winning offer letter, helped us find a very thorough inspector & made sure we didn't miss any deadlines. She even educated us on why our original 'same as cash' lender was not a great choice after doing her own research even though that could've lost her the sale.
