Riverview, Florida is one of the best places to live in the Tampa Bay area. The most recent NAR statistics at the time of video publication illustrates how Riverview home sales is 4% higher than Hillsborough County average as of March 2022. This is a great reason to consider selling your home, especially if you live in the Ashley Oaks community, a subdivision with low HOA and no CDD fees. Currently, I have a client who has their final loan commitment, that was secured by an extremely efficient local loan officer, Greg Englemann. They are ready to purchase a home in the Ashley Oaks community, as it is their favorite subdivision to live in Riverview, Florida!
This video mentions many local places to enjoy that are within a few miles of one of the best places to call home in Riverview…the ASHLEY OAKS community. It’s a well maintained subdivision with only 211 homes just off of Hwy 301 and Riverview Drive, just off I-75 interstate.
It’s easy access to beautiful beaches whether you are headed an hour or so south to Sarasota/Bradenton beaches… or the same drive time if you head west to St Petersburg and Clearwater beaches. The Brandon Westfield Mall is only about a ten minute drive north, and in Riverview, you have easy access to your local Hillsborough County schools and also various Charter Schools such as Winthrop, Kids Community College, and Bridgeport Prep. You are also very close to multiple Hillsborough Community College campus sites and only 20 miles from USF! We are a quick drive to downtown Tampa to catch a lighnting game… about 45 minutes to a Rays game, WHERE IS YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO VISIT in Riverview, Florida!
